Cyberdoc
This page represents the help of a lot of people.
When you are really not computer literate and you have trouble following directions, you are dependent on the generosity of friends. That's me.
Lucky for me, my friend Brian (on right, with hammer) makes house calls. He guides me over email. He never loses his patience. He introduces me to his friends who all have computer specialties and are willing to stop and check things out for fifteen minutes at a time.
(The guy in the running shorts is my husband, Harvey Silverglate. Brian is his cyberdoc, too.)
